The Washington Public Records Actis a law that requires public access to all records and materials from state and local agencies.The act establishes a strong state policy for disclosure of public records. However, there are some exemptions and limitations. Healthcare / Medical Records are excluded from the public records act and are protected by the HIPAA Privacy Rulewhich establishes national standards to protect individuals' medical records and other personal helth information.
Riverside Fire Authority is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Riverside Fire Authority
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
